As owners of dogs ourselves we realise how important it is to be able to bring your 4 legged friends with you. We also appreciate that not everyone wants to stay in dog friendly accommodation. So we have found a balance and offer some dog friendly properties and some where dogs are not allowed to stay in. We have kept the older original part of the farmhouse as not dog friendly and the properties that are dog friendly are Appletree, Annex, Springfield, Pippin, Tor View, Cabin, Mendip View and our 3 Glamping E-dens.
Our Middlewick Farm Shop and Café allows dogs and we even offer a dog menu for your dog to dine with you.
The Middlewick Spa is also dog friendly and you are welcome to bring your four legged friend with you for treatments in the Spa Lounge or you can leave them tied up on the deck of the Shepherds Huts.
Glastonbury, and areas around Somerset, have plenty of really dog friendly towns, shops and pubs and there are numerous walks to do around us.
Your dog is part of your family and we do ask that you let us know that you are bringing them along with you. This way we can ensure that you are in a dog friendly accommodation and we can ensure that we leave you a doggy goody bag in the cottage for your arrival. We tend to have a maximum number of 2 dogs per family but we can possibly make exceptions if you let us know in advance.
We do make a small one off charge if you bring your dog (to cover extra cleaning requirements). Our current charge is £15 per dog for stays of 4 days or less and £25 per dog for longer stays.
Much as we hate rules there are a few that we need you to agree to when you and your four legged companions come to stay with us.
