Healing Sound Baths

Join us and be bathed in the sound of crystal singing bowls, with frequent sound bath sessions taking place at the Middlewick.

This is a chance to take some time for you in our stunning hexagonal group space with underfloor heating and perfect acoustics. 

These sessions are a relaxing experience and require very little from you except that you wrap up snugly, lie back and soak up the unique sound vibrations. You’ll be encouraged to enter a meditative state as Kelly makes the crystal healing bowls, tuning forks and the other tools of her art sing.

Join Tara for gentle Hatha Yoga. Prepare body and mind to soften and settle into a restorative Slow Down Sunday experience.

Enjoy gentle, accessible Hatha yoga class suitable for all abilities.

Join Shelley for a gentle class designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your body and mind. These sessions focus on simple, slow movements that are suitable for all abilities. 

Shelley draws on her background in Five Element acupuncture and movement practices to gently explore how the body, breath, and mind work together. This includes simple breathing techniques, moments of stillness, and easy acupressure points.

You’re warmly invited to stay after for a drink in the café, a chance to relax and connect.
