This beloved annual event transforms Glastonbury High Street into a vibrant, festive market filled with music, magic, and merriment. If you’re in the area—or fancy a day trip—it’s one not to miss!
For one day only, Glastonbury High Street is closed to traffic and becomes a pedestrian wonderland of stalls, smells, and sights. From early afternoon into the evening, the town is alive with festive cheer and the unmistakable Glastonbury spirit.
Expect to find hundreds of stalls selling handmade crafts, clothes, candles, crystals, and curiosities. Delicious street food and warming treats, from mulled cider to fudge and hot chocolate. Live music and street performers adding rhythm and colour to every corner
Whether you’re searching for unique Christmas gifts, supporting local makers, or just soaking in the joyful vibes, there really is something for everyone.
Family Fun & Festive Magic
The Glastonbury Abbey will be open with free entry on the day, offering family-friendly activities and a peaceful green space to explore. Kids will love the fairground rides, face painting, and of course, a visit to Santa’s Grotto.
It’s a day full of wonder for little ones and grown-ups alike.

The Glastonbury Frost Fayre is always held on the last Saturday in November, so even if you can’t make it this year, it’s one to pencil in for 2026.
