BODY RITUALS
Inlight Organic Cocoon Body Ritual
Your ritual begins with a full body exfoliation using an Inlight organic scrub, followed by the application of warm body butter using long Hawaiian massage strokes. You’re then cocooned in a cotton wrap for deep relaxation to complete your experience. Leaves your skin nourished and hydrated.
Middlewick Me-Tox Body Ritual
This cleansing treatment supports detoxification and helps release what no longer serves you. Start with a full body brush followed by an Inlight organic body scrub. A light stroke massage with Inlight Firm & Tone oil boosts lymphatic flow to improve the appearance of cellulite.

We are open Tuesday – Sunday between 9:30am & 5:30pm
Our Senary space is ideal for yoga, meditation and sound baths. You can hire it for the day or as part of a residential retreat. We can provide catering for your event from our onsite restaurant.

Once you have parked in our car park, look for the directions to the spa, head through the holiday cottages and down the steps on the left where you will find the Spa reception – just opposite the willow tree.
