Uber

Uber operates in the Glastonbury area via UberX. It can be useful for journeys from Bristol Airport or Bristol city centre where driver availability is higher. In rural Somerset pickup times can be significantly longer than in cities and availability is not guaranteed, particularly late at night or early morning. For guaranteed collection, especially from Castle Cary station,  we recommend booking a local taxi in advance rather than relying on Uber.
