Reflexology Ritual
Begin by cleansing your feet with organic lavender water. Based on the principle that different areas of the body are intrinsically connected, Reflexology uses pressure points on the feet to stimulate energy flow, promoting balance, harmony, and overall wellbeing. This treatment also includes a relaxing foot and leg massage.

We are open Tuesday – Sunday between 9:30am & 5:30pm
Our Senary space is ideal for yoga, meditation and sound baths. You can hire it for the day or as part of a residential retreat. We can provide catering for your event from our onsite restaurant.

Once you have parked in our car park, look for the directions to the spa, head through the holiday cottages and down the steps on the left where you will find the Spa reception – just opposite the willow tree.
